Need To Change Your Mind?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in processing or transit and we may not be able to intercept it. If you do cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We ask that you follow the guided protocol for the full duration to give the three technologies time to work together as designed. If you are not completely satisfied after completing the protocol, you can request a return at any time within the 60-day window for a full refund, excluding any shipping fees. To start a return, email us at contact@dawnara.com with your order number, or the name and email address used for your purchase. Once received, we will guide you through the simple next steps.

If Your Device Arrives Damaged

We package every Dawnara device with care so it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. If your device arrives with a genuine defect or damage, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@dawnara.comand attaching a clear photo of the issue. We will make it right — usually by sending a replacement at no extra cost. Please note that cosmetic wear to packaging such as slight dents or creases is not considered damage if the device itself is unharmed. We are unable to refund or replace items damaged due to normal use or mishandling.

Shipping and Delivery

We work with trusted couriers to deliver your Dawnara device safely and on time. However, occasional delays can occur due to postal, customs or courier issues that are beyond our control. If your parcel seems delayed, please check your tracking link or contact the courier directly for updates. While we always do our best to assist, Dawnara cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you realise you have made a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order — after that we cannot guarantee changes can be made. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
