At Dawnara, we want you to love the way you wake up.
Our lamps are designed to gently brighten your mornings, lift your mood, and help you feel more in rhythm with the day ahead. Because everyone’s experience with light is personal, we encourage you to use your Dawnara lamp for at least 14 days to allow your body and mind to adjust. If after that time you still don’t feel the benefits, you’re welcome to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Simply reach out to us at contact@dawnara.com. We're here to help, always. 

Need to Change Your Mind?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
After this time, your order may already be in processing or transit, and we may not be able to intercept it. If you do cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident you’ll feel the difference Dawnara makes — that’s why every lamp is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Try it for at least two weeks to give your body time to respond to the new light rhythm.
If you’re not completely happy after that, you can return it anytime within the 30-day window for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees). To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at contact@dawnara.com with your Order Number, or the name and email address used for your purchase.
Once received, we’ll guide you through the simple next steps.

If Your Lamp Arrives Damaged

We package every Dawnara lamp with care so it reaches you safely.
If your lamp arrives with a genuine defect or damage, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@dawnara.com and attaching a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right — usually by sending a replacement at no extra cost.
Please note that cosmetic wear to packaging (such as slight dents or creases) is not considered damage if the lamp itself is unharmed.
We’re unable to refund or replace items damaged due to normal use or mishandling.

Shipping and Delivery

We work with trusted couriers to deliver your Dawnara lamp safely and on time.
However, occasional delays can occur due to postal, customs, or courier issues that are beyond our control.
If your parcel seems delayed, please check your tracking link or contact the courier directly for updates. While we always do our best to assist, Dawnara cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they’ve been handed over to the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
If you realise you’ve made a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order — after that, we can’t guarantee changes.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
